There are a number of options when it comes to care at SWAMI Home. As we all know, no two person have the exact same requirements. Thus, we strive to ensure flexibility in our methodology and to provide care and support that puts our residents at the heart of everything we do.
Integrated Home & Day Care Center (IHDC)
A dedicated Centre that provides an integrated care to meet the special needs group of frail elderly clients, IHDC ensures that the elderly who requires a high level of care and needs but are eligible for nursing home stay remains in the community to age actively, with dignity and grace. Our team of specialists also looks after the clients’ care needs at home, from home modification, meal delivery to escort services. In pursuant of its Centre objectives, IHDC constantly provides valuable activities and daily exercises. We do not simply work to tick the boxes of the regulatory agencies that audit and evaluate our services; our main priority while delivering our care services is based on our values – TRUTH, RIGHT CONDUCT, PEACE, LOVE and NON-VIOLENCE to attain the very best standards in the hearts and minds of our residents. Our strongest belief is that every individual’s needs are unique and we strive to deliver care and support to meet our residents’ requirements at every stage of their time with us. Each level in our Home is run by a skilled, dedicated and specialist team, and embraces the friendly and caring philosophy which runs throughout the SWAMI Home. Our residents are the very heart of our Home and drive the direction of our work.
